By downloading, accessing, or using the Sehat by Nadi application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.
Sehat by Nadi is a digital health records platform that enables patients to store prescriptions, lab reports, vitals, and other health data. The App facilitates consent-based sharing of health records with healthcare providers. Sehat does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Your health data is stored securely and shared only with doctors you explicitly consent to. You may revoke consent at any time. We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws including the DPDPA 2023.
Doctors using the Nadi platform are solely responsible for the accuracy of prescriptions, diagnoses, and medical advice provided through the platform. Nadi Health serves as a technology platform and does not practice medicine.
Certain features including video consultations, prescription refills, and care plans may require payment. All payments are processed through Razorpay. Refund policies apply as stated at the time of purchase.
Nadi Health provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any medical outcomes resulting from consultations facilitated through the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
